Data Request Or Deletion

We understand that you wish to receive a copy of the information about you that we keep or to have it deleted .  This is your right and we are happy to oblige.  Before we can request that information from our host  or send it to you we do have to verify your identity and contact details to ensure that they match the information that we hold on you.  Please send an email to comesnowandthen@gmail.com. State your full name and telephone number and attach a copy of your passport or national ID card.  Once we have verified that we have the correct information for the right person it normally takes 48 hours for us to receive the data or make the deletion.  We will contact you to let you know or send your data file.
